We are where you are. In the comfort, privacy and convenience of your own home, GCG can provide ALL services that you can expect from a traditional clinic or doctor’s office visit. GCG has mobile capabilities for laboratory, radiology and home health services if necessary. This service is available to residents of assisted living, independent living and even private home settings.

GCG clinicians are ‘available’ when you need them. In most facilities clinicians make once- weekly visits. More or less depending on needs of our patients. Even after-hours, nights and weekends there is a provider on call who can be quickly contacted and mobilized on-site if necessary. Call-backs are within minutes, not days.
